BREAKING: Joe Biden fighting Omicron with 500million home tests and urges booster shots
President Joe Biden urged Americans to get their booster shots in his remarks on Tuesday afternoon has announced he will fight the surging Omicron variant by sending coronavirus tests to homes and urged Americans to get their booster shots – ‘one of the few things’ he and ex-President Donald Trump agree on.
‘I got my booster shot… Former President Donald Trump announced he had gotten a booster shot. Maybe one of the few things he and I agree on. Join them, join us.’ Biden is set to speak less than 24 hours after the first confirmed Omicron death in the US, a Texas man in his 50s who was not vaccinated and had previously contracted Covid-19.
‘For the unvaccinated, you’re looking at a winter of severe illness and death for yourselves, your families, and the hospitals you may soon overwhelm.’
