Joe Fournier has officially appealed his elbow knockout defeat to KSI
Credit: Leigh Dawney/Misfits BoxingThe controversial moment came in round two as KSI rocked Fournier with a thunderous right hand.However, he accidentally missed with the hook and instead followed through to land an elbow on his opponent, which sent him crashing to the canvas.The referee did not appear to see this though as it happened in a flash and so Fournier was counted out and KSI was awarded the win.The PBA's statement to talkSPORT.
"We have invited representations from each contestant and their representatives before the matter is reviewed in line with our rules and procedures.
