John drove his bike to Barcelona before leaving by ferry
John Bishop has received plenty of well-wishes from fans after sharing a heartfelt update on Instagram - and a "brush with the police" coming to light.
John explained how Mike had received a gift not long before he passed, as he shared a video of himself on a motorbike on Instagram. John, 56, said: "It probably makes sense to tell the story of this scooter."It was a birthday present to my father in law Mike from his wife Denise and he rode when he was at his house in Brittany. When we lost Mike in March 2020 the scooter was left to me but due to covid and Brexit I have not had the opportunity to collect it.
"Then I rode the bike over the Pyrenees to Barcelona before catching a ferry to Mallorca where it will now live. A great trip that would have made Mike smile."
