John McDonnell has said he does not regret Labour's stance on Scottish independence during the time Jeremy Corbyn led the party.
McDonnell also told the Record that Westminster should not block any decisions made by the Scottish Parliament. He said: "I said a number of things [while shadow chancellor]. I said we will develop the Constitution set one which will provide more devolution. "I'd like to devolve various elements of taxation, not just to Wales and Scotland but also on a regional basis.
