EXCLUSIVE: Josie Gibson says 'sorry' as she confirms This Morning return and praises show's 'girl's girls' in 'family' message

Josie Gibson has jokingly apologised to This Morning viewers as she confirms her return to the show. The presenter hasn’t been seen at the helm of the ITV daytime show for a month when she supported Holly Willoughby during her first stint back on the show in weeks.

However, just before she was able to say goodbye, a loud pop was heard and Josie screamed and asked: "What is that noise? What the hell was that?" Helpless back in the studio but giggling at their co-star, Alison asked: "Has it blown up? Has it burst?" but Josie was more concerned about the technical equipment and shouted back: "I have a mic on my back!"

When asked how she keeps up with it all, Josie said: “I don’t know,” before letting out a laugh. “I actually don’t know how. You just make it work, don’t you?” And while she admits she is ‘tired’, the mum-of-one was quick to see the positives. “It is good, it’s worth it. You’re only here once, aren’t you?” she said.

"It’s the biggest daytime TV show, it’s been in my life ever since I can remember. So, to be sat there with that iconic This Morning theme song with the greatest people, the most talented people, is just immense. I feel so thankful. I’m very, very lucky. I just can’t believe it’s happened to me.” And she’s not the only Big Brother alumni on This Morning, with Alison Hammond having been part of the show for more than 20 years, co-hosting the show now for two years, and Kate Lawler who can often be seen bringing viewers the latest competition details.

But ASMR doesn’t just make meals extra tasty, two-thirds of Brits who watch ASMR content stated it inspires them to try new foods and flavour combinations and 78% believe it makes the overall eating experience more enjoyable.
