The I Wonder rapper seemingly made the claims in a text message sent to Elon Musk, in which he slammed the Twitter owner.
His jaw was shattered in three places and underwent emergency surgery, with a metal plate inserted into his chin during his recovery. The musician famously recorded Through The Wire with his jaw wired shut, days after leaving hospital. In 2016, he was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, and spoke of his condition during an interview with David Letterman three years later.
