Writing on Instagram, she said 'We were so excited & planning a space for our new baby in our family, we just couldn’t wait to share our news with you all, but unfortunately sometimes life just doesn’t go as we plan.
Speaking both in interviews and in her podcast, Kate has been very honest about sometimes not feeling like a part of the family in early years, and that it's taken a while for her to feel fully comfortable within the family. 'I sometimes get over emotional about some things and certain things trigger me because it makes me feel like an outsider.
