Katie Price has defended her fiancé Carl Woods by hitting back at claims that her post about narcissism was referring to him.
The star was re-sharing a video where a man talked about how "narcissists living double lives", but it quickly led to speculation about whether she was making a dig at her on-off flame, 33 year old ex-Love Islander Carl.The man then called those with the condition "duplicitous" and claimed that all narcissists "lie".
