It has been claimed by liquidators handling the collapse of her empire that she had not been “engaging fully” in paying creditors.But we previously disclosed that it has been re-listed for 9 February 2023 - giving Katie a long reprieve.
A source said at the time: “The delay will give the courts the chance to see how fully she is now working with the people she owes money to and provide a clearer picture of where she stands in repaying her debts.”
