Kelly Osbourne's weight loss transformation wowed her fans, after revealing in 2020 that she'd had surgery.
Claiming that "all it does is change the shape of your stomach", the reality star has also made some key diet and lifestyle changes - such as switching to a plant-based diet - to help her keep the weight off. The reality star also revealed earlier this year that she was pregnant with her first child, saying on Instagram: "To say that I am happy does not quite cut it. I am ecstatic!"How did Kelly Osbourne lose weight? In August 2020, Kelly Osbourne shared that she had undergone gastric surgery a couple of years previously, which aided her 85lbs weight loss.
She began eating plant-based in 2012 and has said this diet change allows her to be more experimental in what she eats. She shared on Instagram: "I used to think being a vegan was boring. Now I have more fun with food now than I ever have before."
