Emergency services have been called to the A587 Rossall Road due to the collision. It was first reported at around 11.15am today and the cyclist has been taken to hospital for treatment. The incident has resulted in the closure of the road in both directions between Victoria Road West and Cumberland Avenue. There is heavy traffic in the area.
