The former Hoops defender is well down the pecking order at Arsenal under Mikel Arteta and he is expected to make the move away from North London before the transfer window slams shut.
Andy Walker admits he CAN'T see a Kieran Tierney to Celtic scenario developing as he admitted his surprise at the lack of 'statement signing' so far.
Brendan Rodgers was quizzed on a potential Hoops move but refused to be drawn into the speculation as he was one name mentioned as part of a series of questions at his press-conference in the build-up to the St Johnstone game this weekend. The likes of Newcastle United and Aston Villa have been linked with La Liga side Real Sociedad also interested with reports claiming they are in negotiations with the Gunners over a season-long loan.
Speaking on Go Radio, Walker said: "I still can't see Kieran Tierney coming back to Scottish football. I still think he would much rather play for a big club down there.
