But don't panic, you won't need to create a snappy video of your latest holiday or create a slideshow of your friend's birthday picnic in order to get pick-up on Instagram just yet. Well, we guess that's unsurprising - disappointing, yes, but not surprising.
In the meantime, while we totally agree that seeing pics of our pals has traditionally been the reason we go to Instagram, we can't help but feel that we should probably trust the app to know what's best for itself. After all, we all hated Insta Stories when they first hit the scene , and now look at us.
