King Charles responds to 'c***' claims he takes his own toilet seat when travelling
It should be expected that the Royal's like to enjoy the finer things in life, but what you don't expect is King Charles to be taking his own toilet seat with him on a trip.
Amongst the collection of items were his own orthopaedic bed, linen, Laphroaig whisky, bottled water and rolls of Kleenex Premium Comfort lavatory paper – and his own loo seat, according to reports in the Daily Mail. He replied: “My own what? Oh don't believe all that c***,” as the radio crew from Hit105 attempted to verify the answer with his wife Camilla as they pressed: “So he doesn't carry his own toilet seat when he travels?” to which she said: “Don't you believe that!”
Many insiders according to the Daily Star opened up about the King's demands, with some members of staff even giving him the nickname of "Pampered Prince", according to the Amazon Prime documentary, Serving the Royals: Inside the Firm.
