The Reds boss spoke about the problems posed by the Saudi Arabia transfer window remaining open into September
Jurgen Klopp has once more called for FIFA to alter the dates of Saudi Arabia's transfer window as shock speculation continues around Mohamed Salah.
The Reds have no intention of listening to any offers for Salah, who went fifth in the club's all-time list of goalscorers with his effort in last week's 3-1 win at home to Bournemouth, but in a summer that has seen the Saudi league recruit several high-profile names - including Jordan Henderson and Fabinho - to eye-watering contracts in the Middle East, supporters are understandably wary of further interest in their key players.
And the Reds manager admitted the situation is "not comfortable" as Saudi clubs continue to cast their eye across European football's biggest stars, including Salah, ahead of their September 20 deadline. "I think this is part of the business and I am not sure if you can change that or if someone will change that but what makes it from a specific moment makes it not possible to deal with is our transfer window closes and the other transfer window stays open, so if they do not stop now then how can we react? We have a squad together now for the season that we try to keep together until next week [after the transfer deadline].
