'Knives just cause destruction': Desperate plea after man stabbed 'for his shopping' in Aldi car park
An investigation is underway after a 62-year-old man was stabbed 'for his shopping' in an Aldi car park on Tuesday . The shocking incident sparked major concern, with one councillor making a desperate plea to those considering carrying blades.

There was the stabbing of that poor man in Clarendon Park recently and various other incidents in the ward relating to knife crime which are really concerning.
Several witnesses said the man had been stabbed for his shopping as he made his way from the Aldi supermarket to his car parked a short distance away. Police are now appealing to the public for further information regarding this incident to help locate the suspect and achieve 'justice' for the victim, who remains in hospital.
