The Sidemen group film one of their Hide and Seek challenges at a zoo in Hertfordshire.
A zoo spokesman said they were "incredibly respectful and willing to learn".
In the zoo video, which has had about 2.3m views since Sunday evening, the group can be seen exploring the site in fancy dress, with KSI dressed as a lobster, as they play a game of hide and seek. The zoo said sharing the importance of species and habitat conservation on a channel with 18.7m subscribers was its "boldest collaboration yet".
