Frank Lampard has outlined how Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang can earn his place back in the Chelsea team.
The forward has endured a frustrating season since joining the Blues last summer, scoring just three goals all campaign.3With his last effort coming on October 11, it’s clear that the former Arsenal star has struggled to hit the heights that he set in north London. Aubameyang had played just seven minutes of first team football for Chelsea since January before Lampard came in as caretaker boss, a move that may have given the Gabon international a lifeline in west London.After playing 23 minutes against Wolves last week, it’s been suggested that Aubameyang could be in line to play a more central role in Chelsea’s run-in, something that Lampard hasn’t ruled out.
