One serving officer and one former officer will attend Ormskirk Police Station today for a misconduct hearing
Two police officers from Lancashire Constabulary are set to face a misconduct hearing following an incident where they allegedly used excessive force during a callout.
As well as that, they're accused of failing to take steps to ensure body-worn video footage was handed over during criminal proceedings. It is also alleged that former officer Kelly used behaviour and language towards a member of the public "which was or could be perceived to be abusive, oppressive and offensive", the ECHO reports.
