Late goals from Lauren Evans and Beth McKay ensured the Lionesses picked up their first points in their maide second-tier campaign
A last-minute stunner from Beth McKay earned Livingston their first three points in the SWPL 2 with the late strike completing a dramatic comeback to see off Glasgow Women 2-1 away from home.
The home side had a glorious chance as Morgan Anderson went one-on-one but the forward fluffed her lines in the crucial moment. Despite falling behind, Livi continued to threaten with McKay’s cross unable to be headed in by Sharon Hughes-Lee, before Jess Murphy’s header was cleared off the line. The momentum was all in Livingston’s favour as they pushed for a chance to snatch three points late on, which duly fell their way.
