Law giant DWF agrees £342m deal to be taken over by private equity group Inflexion
Manchester-headquartered DWF, which is the biggest legal services business listed on the London Stock Exchange, has agreed a £342m deal to be taken over by private equity group Inflexion.
In the 12 months to April 30, 2022, DWF's revenue totalled £416.1m while it made a pre-tax profit of £22.3m. "Inflexion fosters a close working relationship with management for quick and efficient decision making, partnering with management teams to accelerate growth in the best interests of all stakeholders, including employees.
DWF chairman Jonathan Bloomer said: "The DWF board of directors is pleased to announce its unanimous recommendation of this acquisition, which is highly attractive not only for our internal and external shareholders, but also for our clients, employees and other stakeholders.
