Lee Bowyer tells Sam Allardyce what he must do as Leeds United manager lufc
Lee Bowyer has urged Sam Allardyce to use Leeds United supporters to his advantage and admits it would be an 'honour' if he was one day given the opportunity to manage the club.
With a difficult run-in ahead, Allardyce is set to be handed the remit of keeping Leeds in the division. Speaking on talkSPORT, former Whites midfielder Bowyer has called on Allardyce to target points from their remaining home matches by getting fans back on side."Big Sam, he's done it before and now they're trying to bring him in to save them really because they're not in a good place at the moment.
Bowyer, who has been out of work since his sacking at Birmingham City 10 months ago, was also linked with replacing Gracia at the helm on Monday. He says it is an opportunity he would 'jump at' if he was ever given the call.
