Football Insider has learned that Leeds United are considering a late-window swoop for Norwich City striker Josh Sargent.
sources have told Football InsiderThe Whites have drawn up a striker shortlist with Patrick Bamford still injured and last season’s top scorer Rodrigo Moreno leaving for Qatar.
Daniel Farke, who was appointed at Elland Road earlier this summer, is well-versed in the striker’s talents after their time together at Norwich.£8million for his services. He managed 13 goals and two assists in 40 league games last season as the Canaries struggled to impose themselves on the promotion race.
Sargent, who is under contract at Norwich until June 2025, has managed five goals in 23 caps for the USMNT.
