Leeds United could boast a totally different line-up after this week's transfer activity
The departure of Tyler Adams to Bournemouth has kick-started what we now expect to be a very busy closure to a transfer window that started with a great deal of concern for Leeds United. The exit of the USA international brought in £20m in transfer fees for Leeds, but much more than that, it cleared the way for the rebuild under new manager Daniel Farke.
Now a key week lies ahead. It's one which could bring with it a number of notable deals as Farke's Leeds line-up takes on a significantly different look. Leeds will not sign all the players linked, and they may spring a surprise with a deal unknown right now, but we're having a bit of fun playing fantasy football here as we take a look at the players linked and how they could fit into the new line-up.
Former Middlesbrough star and current unwanted Tottenham Hotspur player Djed Spence has been linked with a switch, with his presence at right-back alongside Luke Ayling giving Leeds more strength in that area. A combination of Ampadu and Kamara, with Amiri playing in front of the pair is very exciting, even more so with players like O'Brien, Tanaka and Gray to feature off the bench or even in rotation in a busy week such as the one ahead.
