The Leeds United stars are under fire
Leeds United supporters have criticised the club's players after a video went viral on social media of the several members of the squad leaving their pre-match hotel and blanking fans, amid a plea from the LUFC Trust to identify one of the young supporters in order for the club to 'put things right'.
However, the players are now under further fire after walking past a fan holding out a book and a pen asking for autographs as they left their hotel, with players ignoring him despite him waving at them. A Leeds member of staff even stands in front of the boy before the 45-second video ends. In response, many have dug up an old clip of former manager Marcelo Bielsa who is seen getting out of his car and hugging a disabled fan who was waiting to cheer him on after their 3-1 win over Derby back in 2020 before talking to other fans afterwards.
Supporters of the club, as well as fans from other teams, were left outraged by the video which when, coupled with their ensuing performance over the weekend, has meant some have questioned what has happened to the club they love.
