Leicestershire: Blaby bin workers' strike called off after talks

Collections are set to go ahead as normal after the council and the GMB union reached an agreement.

The GMB wanted a 15% pay rise for staff on top of a national offer, but the agreement surrounds working conditions

But the latest strike has now been called off after the union and Blaby District Council reached an agreement.
