Lewis Dobbin made his second Premier League appearance of the season against Aston Villa
Lewis Dobbin is looking at the positives following his second Everton appearance of the season but insists improvements are needed.
A loan spell at Pride Park with Derby County provided the Everton academy graduate with his first taste of professional football. He made 54 appearances for the Rams under Liam Rosenior then Paul Warne, scoring five and providing six assists during his stint with the League One outfit. “I just need to keep working hard on the training pitch and trying to impress the gaffer," he told Everton's official website. "Hopefully, I keep getting chances and when I do, I have got to take them. But that's down to me to get more."
Despite being in the infancy of his career in the English top-flight, Dobbin revealed that he wasn't overawed by the challenge, insisting work needs to be done following their disappointment against Unai Emery's side.
