A NCT bus service has been affected
A road closure is in place on the A612 near Colwick Loop Road due to an accident. Motorists are facing delays following theon the A612 Nottingham road, Burton Joyce, which was first reported at around 3.30pm on Friday, September 15.
The closure is in place on the A612 Nottingham Road between Main Street to A6211 Burton Road, in Burton Joyce. The accident has caused ongoingbus service is also facing delays due to the incident. The NCT Lilac 26 has diversions in place in both directions via Burton Road, Colliery Way, Lambley Lane, Spring Lane, and Epperstone Bypass.
Traffic monitoring site Inrix said: "A612 Nottingham Road in both directions closed, queueing traffic due to accident from Main Street to A6211 Burton Road. "The road is closed following an accident first reported at around 15:30.
