Liverpool fans have thanked the travelling Nottingham Forest faithful for a banner they held up in the away end at Anfield on Sunday.
It was first spotted before the match, which Liverpool went on to win 3-0 thanks to goals from Diogo Jota, Darwin Nunez and Mo Salah. Photos of the banner were posted to social media, and got a grateful response from Liverpool fans. The banner was held up at the front of the away end and read: "Respect the 97. Solidarity with survivors. No to tragedy chanting."
