Liverpool are emerging as frontrunners to sign Brighton midfielder Moises Caicedo, talkSPORT understands.
The Reds are willing to smash their club transfer record to snatch £100million-rated Caicedo from under the noses of top four rivals Chelsea.and they have been working hard to bring him to Stamford Bridge. Caicedo remains keen to move to Stamford Bridge but so far Chelsea have been unable to agree a fee with Brighton, who want £100m for him.
