Harriet McGuffe is helping women understand the challenges different stages of life can pose
Personal trainer Harriet McGuffie wants to help women gain a better understanding of changes they could face as they get older.
Harriet, the event organiser, hopes to educate women after seeing the changes women's bodies go through first-hand. Harriet said: "I work with women of all ages and have seen how the different stages of life can pose challenges when it comes to female health and well-being. If you know what to expect and how to deal with the different stages of life, you’ll be better equipped to face them head-on and come out a stronger version of yourself.
A programme of speakers includes Dr Nicola Mullin discussing sexual health, breathwork expert Samantha Flynn who will be sharing the power of breath and techniques, and women’s health physio Sarah Norris from The Physiotherapy Centre, talking specifically about hormone-related and pelvic health.
