Some fans complained that an area of a sold-out gig at the Liverpool arena in November felt unsafe.

BBC News has obtained a draft internal report into the incident from ACC Liverpool following a Freedom of Information request. The experience of getting in was "really horrible", Mr Kelly told the station. "It was the entrance way and the bar area that were absolute chaos. You couldn't move. It took ages to get through."
