FORMER X Factor vocal coach and Britain’s Got Talent contestant with group, ‘Band of Voices’, Lloyd Wade, has found a new voice in the form of creative writing.
“I realised the movie was not on the TV but in my head! It was such a surreal experience for me as scene after scene appeared in my mind’s eye so I decided to start writing it down! I thought it would stop after a few chapters.” “However after a year or so I found that I was always thinking about this story and the characters felt like they were waiting for me to create more and conclude their story! I began again during the COVID lockdown.
Wade, who has hits with ‘So Much Love’, ‘Gravity’, and ‘Higher’, describes his publishing journey as a personal eye opener, with some interesting similarities.“Of course there are pros and cons with them both but as a newcomer to the literary world I’ve already had some interesting comments from a few disapproving editors who perhaps feel I’m being intrusive into their territory like a player from the opposite team stepping in, as it were, on their proverbial patch.
