Loose Women cut short and 'taken off air' as Ruth Langsford shares explanation after coming under fire
Loose Women fans will see some disruption to their viewing this week after the show was taken off air earlier on Tuesday . Ruth Langsford was back leading the panel for the second edition of the ITV show this week alongside Coleen Nolan, Frankie Bridge and Janet Street-Porter.
It was then she confirmed that there would be no messing around on the show together and that they had to get straight to it as they were on limited time compared to usual."We're going to keep it short and sweet for you today," Ruth added before explaining: "It's just a 30-minute show. We've got a lot to pack in so we better get on with it."
But the shortened show comes after Ruth came under fire from viewers following Monday's show . The presenter and her fellow panellists had welcomed MasterChef judge Gregg Wallace onto the lunchtime programme for a chat in which he discussed his weight loss and gave an update on his son, Syd, who has autism.
