Lorraine paid tribute to a much loved member of the ITV show
Hannah Hawkins, who worked as a producer on the ITV chat show, died aged 33 after a battle with breast cancer. Lorraine started the show with a tribute to Hannah's legacy.
Lorraine said Hannah's legacy will endure as she was vital in launching the change and check campaign to raise awareness of breast cancer. Joss Stone has released a single titled Golden to raise funds as part of the charity campaign. Tom shared the heartfelt message on Instagram. He said: "For someone who’s love language was gift giving, leaving us they day before my birthday was really not the one. I wish you’d kept the receipt.
"But that’s not how you saw it. The remarkable person that you were, the phrase you used so many times over the last few weeks - and it set me off every time; “I’m so at peace with the life I’ve lived” is something we can all admire. The fact that right until the end you were putting others feelings first and making us all laugh was just you to a tee.
