LoveIsland's Jake Cornish insists he had no a game plan after backlash
The 24 year old water engineer walked out of the Love Island villa alongside Liberty Poole after their romance crumbled earlier this week.
He told the Mirror: "I’ve just got to be true to myself – if I was trying to have a game plan, I think I’d still be there, I wouldn’t have left. Jake and Liberty were coupled up from the start of the series and were even a fan favourite to win at one point. After going on their final date of the series, despite no longer being a couple, Jake and Liberty decided to leave the villa.But, has insisted he was not trying to change Liberty, although it came across that way to fans.
