Love Island's Jess reveals she has been having surgery for years and insists 'it doesn't look fake'

The 22 year old, who recently revealed she was scouted to be on the show, is already pretty successful in her own right. She runs her own beauty clinic, Candy Aesthetics, based in West London, and offers an array of treatments including fat dissolving, jawline contouring, filler, and Botox. “It started off getting a little bit in my cheeks just because it gives off that nice contour,” she explained.Insisting that it doesn’t look fake, she added that you should actually start getting Botox when you’re “in your early 20s.” Apparently, it’s used as a preventative measure to avoid the wrinkles and fine lines that start forming in your early 30s.By the looks of Jess’ Instagram - where she already boasts a respectable 38.
One of her most recent getaways shows the Love Islander looking drop-dead gorgeous while posing on a beach in Dubai. Donning a baby blue cut out maxi dress, Jess’s face looks natural and glowing - proving she was right in terms of her procedures.
