Love Island star Laura Anderson has apologised to fans on social media after she shared an unintentionally racy workout video while documenting her experience at a new gym.
Alongside the image, Laura wrote: “It’s been a minute ie about 4 months, but I just found out there’s an @f45_training_glasgowcentral. I’m on my way. #lifemade.” "Excuse the bad angle, and the nips,” she penned after taking part in the gym’s upper body workout class, before also sharing a monkey covering its face emoji.
She said: “I have just finished my F45 class, first one back in five months. Not going to lie, I can't lift my arms.”As well as returning to her new fitness regime, in recent days many fans will have seen Laura return to our screens on Celebs Go Dating, as she hopes to find love again.
