Love Your Garden's Alan Titchmarsh and his team transformed the backyard of Harri Torr, a 15 year old battling terminal cancer who has tragically died since the episode aired
Love Your Garden viewers were left heartbroken after it was revealed the teenage star of the show had died.
The statement read: “We’re very sad to say that since this programme was made, teenager Harri has passed away.” Another viewer added: “Really hope Harri got to make some memories with his mum #loveyourgarden. What a brave young man #dustinmyeyes.”Harri was diagnosed with bone cancer in 2018 after suffering with what was originally thought to be a broken ankle. Later, doctors found tumours in his lungs and he underwent intensive chemotherapy and surgery - including an amputation below his left knee.
He said: “I was more worried about my family than myself and what they would have to come to terms with. It’s about making the most of life, even if you have a condition or cancer, you have to live every day like you’re dying.
