Garage owner David Lyons yesterday died in hospital hours after falling outside his home
The 63-year-old is believed to have suffered a fatal heart attack, which is suspected to have been triggered by a serious head injury.
A hospital insider last night said around 60 people visited his bedside before Lyons lost his fight for life. His son Paul Lyons – who is serving a prison sentence for a road rage killing – was escorted from jail to say his final goodbyes.
