M6 closed in both directions this morning
Traffic on the M6 is at a standstill this morning after a milk tanker is believed to have flipped over the central reservation.
Trapped traffic on both carriageways is now being turned around, with the closure expected to be in place for some time.Traffic monitoring website, Inrix, said: "M6 in both directions closed, stationary traffic due to accident, a milk tanker involved between J32 M55 and J31 A59 Preston New Road .
