EMMANUEL MACRON has demanded a 'de -escalation' of tensions between Russia and Ukraine after the Kremlin moved 100,000 troops near to the border, despite denying it is planning an invasion.
He said: “We will never give up dialogue with Russia, demanding dialogue. “In parallel we are planning a joint response to any attack. If there is an attack the cost will be very high.”The French President will speak to Vladimir Putin via telephone on Friday
