Married at First Sight Australia star Blair Rachael has welcomed her first child with partner Robbie Lowe, naming the baby Astrid.
A week on from the birth, Blair released a photo of Astrid in her arms, saying she had a “whole new respect for mothers out there”: “One week old. A beautiful new chapter of my life with Astrid. It’s been the most rewarding yet probably the hardest week of my life,” she wrote on Instagram.
“After what seemed like the wildest labour our little girl was born early Friday morning - and I was certainly not prepared for it to be 'go time' from the moment those contractions started!I have a whole new respect for all mothers out there! There’s no time to rest and recoup after birth - it’s all on!
“I’ve had so many amazing highs and lows this week - baby blues are real, however, I have the most wonderful support system too - Robbie has been amazing and I’ve had some epic support from my mum this week.
