Get ready for mulled wine, ski-shots, and plenty of chalet-vibes
It might only be August but plans are well underway for Christmas, with light trails, ice rinks and Santa steam trains already confirmed and booking up fast. And now, there's a chance to get your office party sorted as a brand new alpine-themed yurt village is coming to Manchester.
Founder Tom Sterne launched YurtBar seven years ago on the grounds of Moor Allerton Golf Club, in Leeds, and has since hosted pop-ups in locations such as Alderley Edge in Cheshire. Tom set out to bring a slice of the alps festive experience and cosy ski-party atmosphere to the UK by creating a Christmas party experience with a difference.
Alongside a delicious feast, Manchester YurtBar offers a menu of festive favourite tipples from mulled wine and steins of beer to flavoured schnapps. Trays of tasty cocktails and boozy ski shots will also be doing the rounds.
