Police found Otas Sarkus with a gunshot wound after being called to Upton Park, Newham, on Wednesday at around 10.50pm.A second victim, an 18-year-old man, was found nearby with non life-threatening injuries.Scotland Yard said his family are being supported by officers.No arrests have been made and police are appealing for information.
