McMillan had been at a property while under the influence of drugs.Police attended and made him subject to a search.
Prosecutor Katie Bell told Glasgow Sheriff Court:"Within his right jacket pocket, a quantity of brown powder was found.READ NEXT:Miss Bell said:"The value of the drugs recovered was £2400 with a potential wholesale value of £4500."Harvie Diamond, defending, told the court that McMillan had only been out of prison for months."When he came out of prison he owed people money.
Sentence was deferred pending background reports by Sheriff Barry Divers who continued McMillan's remand in custody meantime.
