A 43-year-old was discovered in the flat with serious injuries, dying a short time later
A man has appeared in court charged with the murder of a 43-year-old who was found with serious injuries in a Scots flat on Monday evening.
Alan Robertson, 31, faces a charge of murder and another of possessing an article with a blade or point in a public place.Police were called to an incident at Kennishead Avenue, Glasgow, around 10.20pm on Monday, February 12. A 43-year-old man was found with serious injuries. He sadly could not be saved and died at the scene a short time later.A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 10.20 pm on Monday, 13 February 2023, emergency services attended a report of a disturbance at a flat in Kennishead Avenue, Glasgow.Top news stories today "A 31-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection and is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Wednesday, 15 February, 2023.
