A pensioner who died following a disturbance in Edinburgh has been named by police as 69-year-old Charles Paul
Sam Atkins, 28, was arrested and charged in connection with the incident and appeared at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on 27 March.Atkins, of Edinburgh, has also been accused of assault to severe injury and attempted murder, and attempting to pervert the course of justice.
