Man denies fatally stabbing OAP as he rode his mobility scooter
Lee Byer, 44, is accused of murdering Thomas O’Halloran, 87.Thomas O’Halloran, 87, was well-known in the community and often busked for charityGranddad Mr O’Halloran collapsed off his scooter and was found by a member of the public in Greenford, West London.A post-mortem examination found he had sustained multiple stab wounds to the neck, chest and abdomen.
Byer, of no fixed address, was charged on August 19 with Mr O'Halloran's murder and possessing a large knife.
