Oldham man had affair with married woman then sent husband video of them having sex
An Oldham man who became 'obsessed' with a married woman sent an explicit video of them together to her husband and mum, a court has heard.
The delivery driver met his victim while working in the Wirral area in December 2021. The pair went on to have a brief fling, with Lupu filming them having sex on one occasion, reports the Liverpool Echo.Prosecuting, Lee Bonner said after the victim attempted to end the romance, Lupu stole her mobile phone by snatching it from her hands during a 'heated incident' in her home in order to 'manipulate her into having a relationship with her'.
These materials were never opened by the recipients following the complainant's intervention. But the episode was said to have caused 'considerable distress' to the woman, who was left feeling suicidal as a result of Lupu's actions. "Hopefully, in time, it will get easier. I was flattered by the attention at first, but started to feel scared and threatened by him due to his volatile nature.Lupu, of Ethel Street in Oldham, has no previous convictions. Vincent Deane, defending, told the court: "You are dealing with a man who is a family man."He works very hard and very long hours.
